THE HOUSE
Woodhouse is a well equipped all-year-round wooden house. On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen including all the cooking appliances and on the first floor there are 4 seperate bedrooms. On each floor there is also a bathroom with shower. Living room has a direct access to canopied terrace with a table for 10 people.

Interior has a traditional design accompanied by wooden dark furniture imported from Italy that greatly contrasts with bright floor and wooden walls. You can feel like home in our cosy living room watching films on 55” LED TV sitting on a comfortable leather couch. Our smart TV has access to HBO GO, Netflix and a variety of Cyfrowy Polsat satellite channels. We also provide a soundbar for the best film experience. Long evenings are even more comfortable with our large fireplace.
Our kitchen is designed in a traditional polish countryside style. It is well equipped with all the necessary appliances that allow you to cook whatever you like. We have a dishwasher, big fridge with a freezer, induction hob with a complete set of pots, electric kettle, oven, sandwich toaster, microwave and coffee machine. Kitchen is directly connected with a dining room which has a large table that can serve 10 people.
All the bedrooms are located on the first floor. There is a picturesque view from the first floor on the nearby lake. Woodhouse has 4 bedrooms with 10 beds. There are 2 double rooms with queen-size beds (one of them has a Smart TV) and 2 triple rooms with 3 separate beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a large cupboard with clothes hangers. You can sleep well all year long thanks to the microclimate of a wooden house - it’s chilly in summer and warm in winter.
Woodhouse has 2 separate large bathrooms on each floor. They both have large mirrors, cupboards for toiletries, showers and toilets. Our bathrooms had major renovation in 2020 - their modern style matches the wooden character of the house. What is more, the ground floor bathroom has access to Finnish sauna. It provides not only comfort and rest but also helps you to clear your body from toxins and give you relief from stress.

GARDEN
Woodhouse is not only a beautiful wooden home but also a picturesque garden with an area of 2000m2. The whole area is fenced and monitored with CCTV and adults and children will not be bored with a variety of attractions. Large garden full of trees and greenery is a perfect place for spending time outdoors with your family. Woodhouse is dog friendly so your pets are welcome too!

Our living room has direct access to a large canopied terrace with a table for 10 people. There is also a big bower with a BBQ set, furnace and smokehouse next to the house. You can smoke fish bought from the fishermen near Łubowo caught in local lakes. Our bower is also a great place to stay outdoor even in case of the bad weather. However, if the weather is fine you can stay outdoors in a designated area with a campfire and garden furniture.
Woodhouse is also a great place for an active holiday. In case you get bored with the idyllic atmosphere of our countryside home, you can actively spend time at our outdoor gym. Another highlight is a Russian outdoor bathtub that is heated with a wood stove where few people can enjoy themselves in warm water. Russian bathtub is accessible all year long - in winter it gets as warm as a thermal swimming pool. It can be rented with an additional charge.

The whole area is fenced and monitored with CCTV. Entry to the house is secured with an automated gate that can be remotely opened. We provide a large parking lot just next to the house. If you plan on spending the holiday with your dog, you can leave it off a leash and it can freely enjoy 2000m2 of our garden. Our backyard is also illuminated at night for your comfort. The house is located far from any major roads which ensures that your holiday will be calm, quiet and as close to nature as possible.
